RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our aim at sumoproduct.com is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If the received product is defective or not in working condition, then we accept the return of packages only if the intimation to that effect is made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product by the customer by email, phone. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. Sumo Product reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product seems used or damaged.

In case the product received is the incorrect product

In such case, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated within 24 hours on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

We would appreciate if the customer follow the below mentioned instructions:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned when you get damage unit from us.
  • In case, you receive a damaged or defective product contact us within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery after which claim would not be entertained.
  • Original barcodes, tags, labels, serial/ UPC numbers, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
  • Order replacement will not allow exchange if you are looking for a different colour in the same article.
  • For goods bought, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our warehouse (and they are not in damaged condition).
  • Refund via Bank Transfer/NEFT 7 working business days.
  • Credit Card Refund in next billing cycle.
  • For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our it is beyond the control. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks
  • Overseas customer buying system at their sole discretion and in event the product is not working then sending to our office cost will be borne by the customer and we shall duly repair/replace depending upon the product and its usage.
  • No refund will be given to overseas customer so please check before buying.
  • Our warranty is in India only and any customer buying overseas will get services and products repaired or replaced but it has to be sent to our registered service center and one side courier/post charges have to be borne by the customer.
  • Please take a serious note that any claim, dispute, refund request etc. shall not be entertained at any cost of those customers to whom the product is shipped or dispatched out of India.
